How Gift Learning Access works

What you buy, how a recipient claims it, and what each side is charged.

Gift Learning Access is a purchase of NorAI learning access for other people. It is not a donation, charity, zakat, waqf, or a tax-deductible contribution.

  1. 1. Pick your plans and quantities

Prices come from the NorAI plan catalogue. You choose plans and quantities; there is nothing else to configure.

  2. 2. Pay once, through Stripe

Your seats are created when Stripe confirms the payment. Card payments confirm in seconds; bank payments and vouchers can take longer, and your dashboard shows the order as pending until they clear.

  3. 3. Share codes, or activate by email

Generate single-use gift codes and send them however you like, or activate a seat directly for someone who already has a NorAI account. Every code works exactly once.

  4. 4. Track what has been claimed

Your dashboard shows what you bought, what is promised to codes not yet claimed, what has been activated, and what you can still spend.

If you have received a gift code

  1. 1. Sign in to NorAI

A gift attaches to an account, so a recipient signs in or registers first. Their code is kept and filled in for them.

  2. 2. Enter the gift code

We show which plan the code unlocks and confirm there is nothing to pay today.

  3. 3. Confirm on Stripe

The total shows as zero. A payment method is collected for the future, and the renewal terms are shown before anything is confirmed.

Common questions

Can a gift code be used more than once?
No. Every code works exactly once, and that is enforced by both NorAI and Stripe.
Can I take a seat back?
You can revoke a gift code that has not been used yet, which returns its seat to your balance. Access that has already been activated is not withdrawn this way.
Can I see how a recipient is doing?
No. You can see a recipient's name, email and account role — the details you needed to send the gift. Their learning record stays private.
Are gift codes easy to read out loud?
Yes. Codes never contain I, O, 0 or 1, so there is no ambiguity when you read one over the phone.
What if the person has no NorAI account?
Send them a gift code. Activating by email only works for an address that already has a NorAI account.
