Abu Bakr (RA) was the closest companion of Prophet Muhammad and the first caliph after his passing.
Abu Bakr (RA) was the first adult man to accept Islam and the closest friend of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He is known for his honesty, generosity, and unwavering trust in the Prophet, which earned him the title As-Siddiq, meaning “the Truthful.” After the Prophet’s passing, he became the first Rightly Guided Caliph and helped preserve and unify the early Muslim community. He is deeply honored in Sunni Islam.
