Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) was a cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad and the fourth caliph in Sunni tradition.
Ali ibn Abi Talib (RA) was one of the earliest Muslims and a close companion of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He was raised in the Prophet’s household, married his daughter Fatimah (RA), and was known for his courage, knowledge, and devotion. In Sunni Islam he is honored as the fourth Rightly Guided Caliph; in Shia Islam he holds a central role as the first Imam. He is deeply respected across all Muslim traditions.
