What Is Eid in Islam?

Eid is a joyful festival in Islam celebrated by Muslims with prayers, family gatherings, charity, and community events. The two main Islamic celebrations are Eid al-Fitr, which comes after Ramadan, and Eid al-Adha, which is connected to Hajj and sacrifice. Muslims often greet each other with “Eid Mubarak” during Eid to share happiness, peace, and blessings.
