ٱلْبَصِيرُ
The All-Seeing
Al-Basir means The All-Seeing. It refers to Allah as the One who sees everything perfectly, whether it is visible or hidden. Nothing in the heavens or the earth is unseen by Him, and He knows every action, intention, and condition of His creation.
